Electricity outage to hit Rawai

PHUKET: The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has announced that the electricity supply will be temporarily shut off in parts of Rawai tomorrow (Mar 31) as work is carried out on installing new high-voltage cables.

The areas to be affected by the power outage, from 9am to 4:30 pm, are along the west side of Wiset Rd from Baan Khon Thi to Saiyyuan Rd, including Soi Wisetsuk 2 and 4, Soi Sanya Yukhunthorn, Soi Pattana, Soi Suksan 2, Soi Madsayid, and Soi Sermsuk

In its announcement, the PEA apologised for any inconvenience caused while the work is carried out.
